2. How do i qualify for the hourly & trip incentive top-ups?
To qualify for the incentive top-ups you first need to meet the Trips Per Hour(TPH), Acceptance rate (80%) & Completion rate (60%) requirements. If you missed one of the above requirements, you will only be paid the trip fare.
3. How do i check if i met the requirements to receive the hourly & trip Incentive top-ups?
You can check if you met the requirements by viewing your payment statement for the week which can be accessed under the payment statements section at partners.uber.com. Do note that payment statements will be available by Monday for the previous week's earnings.
4. What is an hourly top up?
UberEATS calculates trip earnings as base fare per trip plus earnings per km. The hourly top up is added to this amount to ensure that your hourly earning rate is met. Earn well above and beyond your hourly rate by accepting all trips that head your way and being in the demand hotspots!
5. My earnings in the application do not tally with the payment statement?
The earnings reflected in the application are just the payment received for the trips. You can review your payments under the payment statements section at partners.uber.com. Should you have any further issues, you can email us at email@example.com.
6. When will my pay be credited into my account?
Payments are processed every Tuesday for the previous Monday to Sunday and will be credited to your bank account within 1-3 days depending on your bank.
